Im in a circle of finding job right now,its been two years already since i stop working from a corporate world and a manufacturing firm. I miss it somehow. Miss the traffic,the noise in the production and of the machines running. I miss to work with a lot of people. I have my ups and down from working before and i have my lesson learned to share to all of you. My life and what i have been.

I started sending my resume online which is the easiest without spending money to go on different places and give away my resume.At least i dont have to spend. Dont have to problem about my daily transportation and food allowance.

Its quite hard for me nowadays but let see who knows.

While browsing jobs available, an email was sent out to me. Something also that i would love to share to you

this was sent to me by the jobstreet...

1.Read the job description and company profile carefully so that you are aware of the job details when an employer calls you about your application. If the job advertisement does not contain enough information, ask the employer for more details.

2.Remember to write down the name & contact number of the recruiter in case you need to call back later.

3.Prepare for the interview by finding out more about the company, the job and the industry.

4.Be punctual for your interview. Bring your resume, transcripts, certificates and relevant documents to the interview.

IMPORTANT: If you cannot attend the confirmed interview for whatever reason, you must contact the employer at least one day beforehand to let them know.

5.Keeping a good interview attendance record will help to ensure opportunities for interview in the future, as employers have the right to share their "No show" and late cancellation records.

6.If you do not have the employer's contact details, look under the Company Profile in the Application Status page of your MyJobStreet account or look in the telephone book or Yellow Pages.

7.Send the employer a Thank You email after the interview.

I have a new dog name lucky. The real owner says its a pittbull but a breeder says it look more a labrador. Either which i love my new dog because he makes us all happy specially when we feel down from problems at home.

I thank God for bringing a new pet in our home. All my dogs were my favorite.Puppy is our original love. Hes also the oldest dog we got, Coffee is the sweetest dog and Smith is the love of my mom. :D

my friend in choir who is also the parent of my student was venting out her expenses with her children's requirements in school,households bills and other debts. She said she's letting it all the Lord. That also means she will have delays on paying her debt to my grandma's account and my tutorial as well. Its like the Lord will take care of me and her responsibility that she has to settle.

I open this to my mom. I was a lil upset and thinking to where i am going to find money. I tried applying for new job. I even tried job abroads. I will just see and try my luck on these although i have interview on May which i am looking forward.

Its funny i tried job regardless what it says on its requirement he he he. Say im desperate right now thats why. Sigh.

My question? Why this kind of people has to say their worries? Didnt they think that other people whom they asked favors has also worries?

I mean... They think of themselves and their family,i understand that. They vent it out to me,i understand that. But the person they were venting out has worries too. They worries about the money,i have that as my worries too. She said shes not thinking about it. Its like i shouldnt think her responsibility to me. Sigh.

I understand. I will wait. Hopefully. I wont feel suppressed about it.

For now thats what i think. Hopefully that wont affect my future.

Thats my single question,also i have a headache...unbearable

Its not that i dont care about my Mother Earth,its just that what more important is to impose discipline into ourselves. It should start from home, in our family like teaching the young minds to take care of our environment as to how. Maybe planting flowers,indoor plants or if theres a space why not tree?

Hence, teach the young minds and ourselves as well as to where to put our garbage. To properly segragate the biodegradable to non biodegradable. How about our cigars,when people are done with it,they just throw it away,anywhere,not in the trash but anywhere.

Would our mother earth like it? I dont think so.....

The solution to problem is to address the issue.

Like in the factories or other manufacturing plant. Do these comply with the sanitation and environment? Some factories would run without waste water or not going thru waste water management because that added the costing.

I hope i made some points here and that my voices be heard on the other side of the note.

I joined the earth hour, i just dont feel i appreciate doing it. After that all goes back to normal..

Earth Hour

A while ago, me and my fiance were arguing with the earth hour thing. He reminded me of shutting the lights off at 8:30 to 9:30. I found this stupid for me. Sorry im so harsh with my words but i found the world is over reacting with the matter of global warming.

I mean i have my reason why i said it in the first place.

In my opinion there are more important issues that we people in one nation and other nation from other continents has to face than shutting the lights off or should i say other than that.

How many people are well educated with global warming?

Most people would shut off lights just to say they participated. Other than that nothing at all. They go back to their businesses.

So whats the benifit our mother earth got with it?

For me educating people on how to protect and love the environment is far more important. What about telling the whole wide world of getting a good benefit from proper segragation of waste or implementing laws on illegal logging?

Here in the Philippines, I've seen in the news about illegal logging,improper disposal,polluted water, air.

You know its just easy to shut off lights than implementing laws. Why not put on hard nails about implementing laws on protecting our environment.

So what happened next after earth hour? Nada?

Else come to my mind is the freon in the fridge and aircondition. I have read that this freon causes our earth layer to depletes. Why not shut this off instead of light?

See, there are many things have to accomplish. Shutting of the lights for an hour is not a total awareness. Education far more important that even a lil kinder garten have to learn as to why and how to conserve,protect and love our environment.

Fated to love you

Do you believed in destiny? Is fated to love you a destiny? What is it really?

This came to my interest when a very interesting comedy romance tv series is being shown in television everyday at channel seven entitled "Fated to love you".

It doesnt caught my attention when it was first shown on telivision. I thought it was some kind of lousy drama. I never thought that i will eventually get hooked with it. When i give it a try and watch it on a warm cozy evening. I was laughing hard that i realized indeed it is worth to watch.

I even went on youtube and watch the series of it. However,there are videos or most of them is in chinese language that i never understand. Good thing upon trying to see each videos i found a link that has english subbed.

How i wish i can understand and speak mandarin or hokien. Then i could never have a problem like this.

Going back to my question. Some people says that we make our own destiny,some also believed that eventhough we dont make it,it just happened.Along our ways there are hurdles and we have choices. In the end we will end up to our so called destiny. This we arent sure and nobody knows your destiny except God that we have to always ask for his guidance.

Same goes to love..They will come along and will stay along our path but there will be only one that will stay forever. There is someone that really meant for you and often we called them "my destiny" and i am fated to love you.

Oily Skin?

I have an oily skin and i suffered from its cursed. However, i also found out that theres also benefits on oily skin...

The great advantage of oily skin is that it ages at a slower rate than other skin types.

No wonder i look younger than my age (grin). So if you have oily skin,all you need to do is to take care of them. Here's what you can do...

1.Oily skin needs special cleansing with plenty of warm water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged.

2.Avoid harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness.

3.Avoid skincare products that leave your skin feeling taut and dehydrated.

4.To cleanse oily skin, use oil-based products as they dissolve sebum effectively. Opt for oil-free moisturizers to maintain a shine-free complexion.

5.Keep your skin very clean.

6.Limit washing your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil.

7.Choose your cleanser with care. Avoid heavy cleansing creams. Avoid the use of harsh soaps or cleansers.

8.Use a pure soap with no artificial additives. Try an antibacterial cleansing lotion or a lightly medicated soap, and use it in combination with a water rich in minerals, not tap water.

9.Do not use cleansers or lotions that contain alcohol. After cleansing, apply a natural oil-free moisturizer to keep the skin supple.

10.Use warm water when washing your face.

11.When cleansing, massage your face well with your fingertips, using an upward and outward motion. Be careful not to rub soap into the skin; it can clog pores.

12.Try using a clay or mud mask. If you have sensitive skin, use white or rose-colored clays.

13.Use a light antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one or two times a week.

14.Choose cosmetic and facial care products specifically designed for oily skin.

15.Before applying makeup, use an antiseptic day cream with active ingredients that diminish sebaceous secretions. Look for benzyl peroxide in the list of active ingredients.

16.Use a light antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one or two times a week

Top Gel

Try to look at my previous post about beauty secret number 1. Yeah, it is top gel cream. Before, i was using jao ling (sorry dont know exactly the spelling,just pardon me)it sound like it.But im not satisfied with the result hence when i looked up for a product review,i found out that it has mercury content? I am not sure of this claim though. I am also a victim of the fake jao ling which made my face looked yellow. It could probably been with the colorant they used in the product which does not compliment with other ingredients or what else it is made of (I should say i work in the R&D before and i was a chemist). All i can say is that it wasnt really good.So i was googling about which nice cream to use. I came across of this top gel. I have read several good and thumbs up review. One thing that really works is that it really can cure pimples and will make your face clearer.It is what my face is now and im happy with it...

yeah,it cleared my pimples and would appear once on my face. I used the extra pearl cream.I would probably bring more when i get to the US.It contain natural extract collagen which i believed responsible for whitening the skin.

hmm next time lets take a close look and study its ingredients :D

Grammar thingy

English grammar..how was that very important? I am from the Philippines and English is my second language. I was having a hard time in school when i was younger not till i have my humanities in college. Hence, english being my first subject would made my day difficult.I would pray that clock's time move fast for the next period.I dont know,i just dont have the interest in the subject. Not till i found a very interesting subject in my humanities. We studied about philosophy and then theres this magic in my instructor. He thought me how to think of all possibilities as an answer to every querries. In fact, i am so grateful that i met him to be my instructor.Because of him i can speak and write in english. I mean the subject for me became very interesting. Although i am telling you that i have to struggle for a while on every words that are unfamiliar with me. Besides,im not a fan of reading books. I am lazy. But now i realized the importance and since english will play a biggest role in my life in the future.

Pardon me again for writing some wrong grammar on my previous post, i intend not to correct it because of this post. But i will assure you that i will be careful on my next post. Still, it will be all about my beauty tips. Oh well im not finish with it yet. I have to share some things that was very helpful for me and might be helpful for the rest.

My Beauty Secrets Number 1

Hmmmm? its quite hard for me to determined how long exactly i have been using this magic cream. All i could say is that i have an 80 percent benefit from it compare to other brands that i used. Thumbs up for the current brand i am using. I would like to thank also the site (which i happened to stumble and found this cream) and already forgotten after discovering this gem. Now im writing this piece of acknowledgement in my way of giving back for being grateful and satisfied on using this product and so i also recommend others cream users to use try this one and see for themselves :D....

Okey,now im sharing this to you, my beauty secret number 1,my magic cream

My mom is currently using this one and she's also satisfied with using it. However,you cant use this on daytime. Oh well,its only a piece of my advice. If you applied on daytime you will look too white on your complexion. If you are tan, morena as we call it or black beauty i do not recommend you to use it on daytime as it does not compliment the color of your skin. Its too obvious that people can say you have used something that look transparent over your face such as you have applied a heavy baby face powder.

I can say that this is best used in night time. Apply this before you retire on bed.
It will gave you result after several weeks.It help to lessen my pimples on face and even dark spot and pimple scar. By applying this i dont need to spend on expensive treatment or expensive topical solutions just to help get rid of my pimples.

Vanity?

I do not know if you will call it being vain but the fact that i want to look beautiful is not necessarily being vain. Yes, i am a little conscious of myself. Since i became a teenager and until now on my thirties i tried using different products just to get rid of pimples. I still suffer from pimples but it wasnt as bad as it was before.

It was too bad for my experience that people will only look on how gross my pimples was and not the quality of my answer during the interview. Hence, i would say a good and personality looks also matter.

So since then i didnt stop. I look and tried for cheap and quality brand of anti pimple products.

It worth all the effort, i am happy now.

However,you have to help not only maintaining your outer appearance looked beautiful,you also have to help yourself on the inside. Avoid eating food that doesnt have nutritional value.

Eat healthy food and drink eight glasses of water a day. Not only that you will have a healthy bladder in your system. It washes away all toxic inside your body and make you feel refreshed.

I have tried it and work for me, i assure myself that it will also works for you...
